What applies to you

You’re reading docs or the marketing site. We collect minimal analytics (page views, referrer). No personal data unless you email us.
GitHub or Discord participant
Your interaction is public on those platforms. We don’t collect anything beyond what’s already visible there.
Studio client or SINT OS deployment
Contract-governed. Data handling is specified in the engagement-specific agreement.
Email correspondent
Your email is stored for the duration of the conversation and archived after. We don’t add you to marketing lists.
What we collect
Website analytics

If you submit a form onsint.gg (e.g., Studio inquiry), the form data is routed to a human inbox and handled as email correspondence above.
Studio engagements
Under a Studio engagement, data handling is specified in the engagement agreement. We follow the terms of the agreement; defaults are restrictive (we don’t use client data for anything beyond the engagement scope, we don’t train models on it, we don’t share it).Deployed SINT OS
When you deploy SINT OS yourself, SINT Labs does not see your data. The evidence ledger, agent logs, and all operational data stay on your infrastructure. If you use SINT Labs’ hosted services (in the future), the terms will be specified separately. What we don’t do
